The Law Firm collects the following information:

Email, phone numbers, mailing addresses, traffic ticket information, driver's licenses, registrations, and insurance information (if needed), from time to time.  We get the information either by asking the client or through public sources.

This information is used in the representation of the clients (for example in putting together a defense, alerting a client to an upcoming court date, or giving information about how to pay possible fines).

Customer information is never shared with third parties.  I am a solo attorney so no one else views it.  The information is used only for legitimate business purposes.

I do not initiate text communications with my clients for issues other than their individual cases.  After a case has been completed I will alert a client that I am no longer representing them.

Clients can always contact me directly to ask me to stop emailing or texting them.
